Using HomeSwap

Homeswap is designed to facilitate the exchange of homes for two parties who wish to holiday at the same time of year. If you are planning a holiday for a certain time period you are able to search through our database and locate homes listed by other members that are available in your destination location, timeframes and which have the attributes and requirements that you need. If that party wishes to holiday at the same time in your destination location, and if your home meets their requirements then its a match! You can then swap your homes for an affordable holiday.

To list your home for others to view you must register. This will also give you access to the contact details for other members so that you can contact them in order to arrange the swap. The registration process is simple, and you will be guided through a process of entering your contact information, details about your home that you wish to list, and the requirements for the destination and home you are looking for.

Registration is not expensive. It only costs $10 (including GST) per annum to participate. Homeswap has been designed with ease of use in mind. Use the quicksearch and advanced searches to look for a suitable home to swap during the period of time that you wish to holiday, and in the location of your choice. You can search on the attributes of the home that you require too, like number of bedrooms, bathrooms and other amentities, and there are also pictures of the home there for you to see. When you think you have a match then simply contact that member using the preferred method of contact.
